List#72: Breadmaking Process

1. Make a well with flour mixture (flour, yeast, salt, sugar)

2. Gradually add tepid water and mix with the walls of the well.

3. Eventually bring in the walls of the well.

4. Mush it up.

5. Make ball.

6. Add more water if necessary.

7. Don’t over water. It will be a sticky mess.

8. Honestly, I’ve never made bread, I just love watching this guy knead dough. There is just something about it that turns me on…

9-whatever. Let it rise 10 minutes. Smash it, mash it, bash the air out of it. Add fillers and shape. Let rise another 30-60 minutes in a warm, moist place. Bake in the oven. Jason’s finished pepperoni bread:

  1. Looks delicious! I LOVE making bread. It is a great stress reliever. Dare I say that there IS something hot about Jason making bread? hee hee. Ok, I’m blushing now, I should delete this, but I’m not going to.
